The bathroom is a wet room complete with full walk in shower and it also has a bath with over head shower . The beds can both be set as singles or doubles.
Lewis Cottage is a ground floor self-catering cottage featuring an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms. The main bedroom can be set as twin beds or a double. There is a private rear garden. Off street allocated parking, high speed unlimited broadband included, as well as Flatscreen SMART TV with freeview and catch up tv apps and a free weekly clean with fresh bedding and towels.
Rutherford Apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom first floor apartment. This short let accommodation has its own front door on the ground floor with a hallway and stairs leading to the rest of the property. There is a fully fitted kitchen/diner complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave.
Superfast unlimited broadband included, as well as 50″ Flatscreen Smart Ultra Hd TV with freeview and catch up tv apps. Off street parking, and a free weekly clean with fresh bedding and towels
There are two bedrooms which can be set up as doubles or twins. There is also a good quality deeper mattress sofa-bed in the lounge and good quality chair bed on the landing if required (extra charges may apply).
Our pricing at Chilton Serviced Apartments includes a meet and greet service at the house and also a person on standby to solve any problems which may arise during your stay. Our rental price also includes electricity, laundry, linen, towels etc. and the use of all amenities. More importantly, we want you to feel as if this is your home during your stay and would like you to feel extremely welcome.
All of the amenities are regularly checked to make sure that everything works, from the Wi-Fi to the washing machine, but should any issues arise during your stay they would be resolved immediately.
