All apartments are specious, bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows leading out onto private balconies. In particular, the spacious living areas feature comfortable leather sofas alongside striking glass and chrome furniture. The double bedrooms all have good quality medium firm King size pocket-sprung beds, with beech wardrobes and drawers and a second TV. Moreover, non-allergic duvet bedding and pillows are provided. The clean white bathrooms have a bath with shower over, a WC and a basin.
The flooring is a combination of high-quality laminate and tiled, with contrasting rugs designed by Jeff Banks. Heating in the serviced apartments is fully electric, with two background storage radiators, a bedroom convector heater and an electric towel rail. Attention to detail is fundamental to how we operate. Everything will work, and nothing will be in less than perfect condition. By ‘fully equipped kitchens’, that’s exactly what we mean, including dishwashers and washer-dryers. Access to the apartments, on the second and fourth floors, is through a shared main entrance and then by lift or stairs. There is a telephone entry system for visitors.
Just over the road is Deansgate Rail station and Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink station. The free city centre Metroshuttle buses also stop nearby. Manchester Central Convention Centre is a few minutes walk away. Despite this central location, the apartments are remarkably quiet, looking south-east over quiet side roads and the new Deansgate Square.
