The property is located on a quiet residential street in Central Lewisham with excellent transport links into Central London and beyond. Lewisham DLR and train station is a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute bus ride (2 stops) connecting you with Canary Wharf in 15 minute, London Bridge in 7 minutes, and London Waterloo and Charing Cross Station in only 15 minutes. In addition, New Cross is nearby which offers London Overground services to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Dalston, just to name a few. There are also a 6 bus services leaving at your doorstep to allow you even more convenient connections with the rest of London.
Within your local area you have a range of convenient amenities. The property is just around the corner from your local – the Talbot British pub, Middleton Deli, Brockley Market and Aladdin’s Cave. In addition, you benefit from an Asda superstore within a 5 minute walk or less as well as a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and a number of off-licences. This Lewisham Serviced Apartment has just been completed and now boasts modern living over the entire 2nd floor of this period building. There are two spacious double bedrooms which come fully furnished with wardrobes, desk space, and luxurious authentic Indonesian double beds. The windows are double glazed and the floor has been supported with sound proofing to secure you ultimate privacy. The front bedroom has a brand new en-suite bathroom with shower, sky light and hand carved Indonesian wood table with stone sink. Both bedrooms feature period fire places to add to the unique look and design of this property. The 2nd bathroom is situated in the hallway and also has natural light from the back facing window. It features a modern shower, hand carved stone sink and whitewash bathroom table imported from Indonesia.
Please note that this property has no reception room but you can benefit from a spacious kitchen with full size dining table and TV connection attached to the wall. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, slimline dishwasher and integrated washer dryer. You also benefit from a secure video entry system and a nest thermostat to control your heating.
For additional guests we have a small double sofa bed which we can set up for additional guests (5 or 6).

Please note that we will only provide linen and bedding for the sofa bed if the apartment is booked for 5-6 guests. If you book for 1-4 guests only, we won’t provide any additional bedding.
We can arrange parking for you on the property grounds for £15/night of your stay. We rent our parking space out otherwise, so please ensure you secure your spot as soon as possible.
