The July is excited to bring their first international apartment-hotel to London Victoria, creating a chic city haven for travelers, residents, relocators, and neighbours in the heart of the capital. Just a quick walk from Victoria station, The July London Victoria offers easy access to Buckingham Palace and areas like Brixton, Soho, Gatwick Airport, and Brighton.  A prime location for vacationers and locals to stay, live, work, dine, or simply hang out.

The property offers a blend of apartment comfort and full hotel service with 114 beautifully designed apartments in a variety of sizes, each featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a dining/work table. Additionally, there will be two residential apartments—a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom unit. Hotel Amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a wellness area with sauna, a stylish co-working area with a self-service honesty bar, and three meeting rooms with a breakout area designed for business meetings and networking.

A seasonally inspired restaurant and bar will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering guests a taste of London’s diverse flavors. Additionally, the on-site deli provides convenient grab-and-go options.
